Pavitra Rishta: It’s a love triangle again, but this time it’s for Teju

Ekta Kapoor’s favourite saas-bahu saga will now see a love triangle, not that we haven’t seen it before on the same show



The current track in Pavitra Rishta after the six-month leap showcases Ovi (Shruti Kanwar) and Arjun (Ritvik Dhanjani) squabbling over pecuniary. Archana’s other daughter Teju (Mrinalini Tyagi) falls in love and there are two contenders in the love triangle – Sunny (Karan Sharma) and Jignesh (Mark Parakh), both of whom fall head over heels for the tomboy babe.

Who will Teju choose? Well, while we hope she chooses neither, the makers have other things on their mind. The track shows that Teju and Sunny will romance each other after the latter proposes to her on bended knees. Jignesh, who’s playing the martyr by sacrificing his love for his elder brother is trying really hard to be happy for them. But will it last? Or will he become the bad boy, who will do almost do anything (common things mentioned in the baddie handbook) to get his girl?

Aah well… the makers are desperately trying to push the story forward, but without focusing on Maanav (Hiten Tejwani) and Archana (Ankita Lokhande)– there’s just not enough fluff to keep us hooked. Do you agree?
