After tasting success with his directorial debut OMG: Oh My God! starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, Umesh Shukla is gearing up for his next project with junior Bachchan
Abhishek Bachchan is good with comedies. The 37-year-old actor has given commendable performances in movies like Bunty Aur Babli, Dostana and Bol Bachchan. And now Junior B is all set to do one more comedy with director Umesh Shukla. “I am doing a film with Abhishek. I have met him and narrated the story line in short. He has liked it and has showed his interest towards it. I am still working on my script and will meet Abhishek once again with a proper draft,” said Umesh in an interview to a daily.Shukla’s directorial venture OMG: Oh My God! starring Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal was a hit. And this time, the excited director is going to make a social comment with his next production. Though Abhishek has been finalised for the project, the leading lady for the film has not been decided yet.
A little birdie tells us that Umesh was toying with the idea of making a film on stock market scams for which we was considering Sonakshi Sinha, but with this new film on his mind now, he is trying to zero in on a new face.
