Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapur get set to walk the aisle

Vidya Balan and beau Siddharth Roy Kapur are tight lipped about their wedding, but sources say that the preparations are on in full swing. It is heard that there will be a Punjabi-style sangeet on December 11, followed by an early morning Tamil wedding at a south Indian temple on December 14, followed by a reception.
“Siddharth and Vidya both want to keep it very private so she’s inviting only very very close friends and family,” says Balan’s sisters friend.
Buzz also has it that Vidya Balan’s pet designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee will designing her entire bridal wear as well as her trousseau. He will design 18 saris for the trousseau and her family.



“All the saris will be in pure Chennai silk and he is himself going to Chennai to source the silk. In Tamil weddings, there’s a change in sari for different rituals during the wedding so she has two bridal saris, both warm-shaded silks and Sabya’s doing some exquisite work on them. The cholis will be very traditional,” says a source.
The couple have also planned their honeymoon in the Caribbean Islands. They will then stay in their sea facing flat Parineeta, on Juhu Tara Road.
